Terms of business

These terms set out the basis on which Kontopanosfamilydentistry Ledger Inc. provides its services. They apply to every enquiry and engagement unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Work begins only after a written scope has been agreed. The scope records the deliverables, the timetable and the fee, and any later change is confirmed in writing before it is carried out.

Information supplied to us is used only to deliver the work described in the scope. Records are kept as long as required for the engagement and for statutory obligations, then securely removed.

Intellectual property in the deliverables passes to the client once the agreed fee has been paid. Background material, methods and internal templates remain with Kontopanosfamilydentistry Ledger Inc..

Either party may end an engagement on written notice. Work completed up to that point is invoiced, and material produced for the client is handed over.
